Before the installation of bamboo wood fiber wall panel, the wall surface shall be leveled and the floating ash shall be removed, and the uneven wall surface shall be leveled with putty. Wet walls shall be painted with waterproof paint.
1. The wooden keel is easy to use 24mm*30mm square timber, the panel should use plywood or plywood, and the spacing between the main keels should be controlled at 450~600mm.
2. During construction, the height line of the wall protection board shall be snapped on the cover, and the wood tenon shall be drilled on the wall according to the design orientation of the keel and the position of the skid. The depth of the wood tenon into the hole shall be 10mm from the wall. The drilling spacing along the keel direction shall be 500mm.
3. For keels and skids, iron nails shall be used to fix the wooden tenon. The nail length shall be 2~2.5 times the thickness of keels or skids. It can also be fixed by shooting nails. The depth of penetration into the wall should be 30~50mm, the depth of penetration into the concrete wall should be 27~32mm, and the tail of the nail should not expose the keel or skid surface.
4. The panel can be fixed with nail free glue, which has the advantages of convenient installation, fast speed and no nail holes.
5. The internal and external corners of the wall panel must be vertical and horizontal; Butt joint must be 45 degrees; The height of the dado panel shall be consistent visually; The reserved joint width between panels shall be uniform; The diagonal deviation of a single panel shall not be greater than 2mm. The surface shall be smooth and the wood grain shall be clear. The skirting board and batten shall be close to the panel, and there shall be no gap.
