The widespread application of various lightweight partition boards and partition boards has brought many benefits to our building material innovation. However, it is undeniable that most of the wall board manufacturers have small scale, immature technology and low management level, resulting in unsatisfactory product quality and abnormal use after installation. Through the investigation and in-depth analysis of some representative wallboard manufacturers, it is not difficult to find that the quality of lightweight partition board is mainly affected by five aspects:
1. Selection of raw materials. The composition and quality of raw materials directly affect the quality of products. The qualified raw materials shall be selected according to the technical requirements and characteristics of the products. Before use, the raw materials shall be subject to necessary quality inspection or trial use, and the economic and reasonable mix proportion shall be determined through the test.
2. Technical level of production personnel. The technical level of production and management determines the level and stability of product quality. There are many links in the production process of wallboard products that need people to grasp and intervene. Therefore, experience and sense of responsibility often play a great role.
3. Construction method. Whether the construction scheme is reasonable and the operation method is correct will affect the product quality. In this regard, we can refer to the industry standards or the practices of peers.
4. Production equipment. Hydraulic system, mature and stable vibration forming technology and transmission system are important factors for product quality. The purchase of equipment should not only consider the cost, but also the production efficiency and the simplicity of operation and maintenance. In particular, it should be noted that before purchasing the equipment, necessary operation tests must be carried out on the equipment, and it is not allowed to blindly buy the equipment just by listening to the introduction of the manufacturer.
5. Curing conditions. Some enterprises neglect the maintenance of finished products, so that the products are stored under inappropriate temperature and humidity conditions, resulting in the strength reduction, cracking or warping of the wallboard.
