Storage Method Of Wallboard

The light partition board must be properly stored before construction.

1. The warehouse environment for storage shall be kept cool and dry. In rainy seasons, in areas with excessive environmental humidity, in order to avoid moisture absorption, we should seal them to avoid deformation of light partition board and interference with basic functions.

2. To avoid long-term exposure to the sun, we can place the remaining lightweight partition boards in the warehouse, or the construction site with shading, or cover them with tarpaulins.

3. In the warehouse, everyone should make a neat plan and arrange it by classification. Otherwise, it is likely to cause bending deformation of the plate body and affect the flatness. Stacking is generally used for placing. According to different products, each stack can be stacked to 2-3 meters high. In addition, we should separate the flammable decorative building materials in the warehouse with strong flame retardant performance, so as to prevent the rapid spread in case of fire.

4. If the storage time is long, the partition board shall be sealed to prevent damage due to reaction after a long time.

5. After selecting the address, avoid frequent handling of lightweight partition boards.
