Function classification of wallboard

Inner wall panel

There are three kinds of horizontal wallboard, vertical wallboard and partition board. Both horizontal and vertical wallboards are load-bearing wallboards, and partition boards are non load-bearing wallboards. The inner wall panel shall have the functions of sound insulation and fire prevention. The inner wall panel is generally made of a single material (ordinary concrete, silicate concrete or lightweight aggregate concrete), including solid and hollow.

Exterior wall panel

There are three kinds of facade exterior wall panels, gable panels and eave wall panels. The front exterior wall panels are self-supporting wall panels, and the gable panels and eaves wall panels are load-bearing wall panels. In addition to the functions of sound insulation and fire prevention, the exterior wall panels shall also have the functions of low energy consumption, heat insulation, impermeability, freeze-thaw resistance, anti carbonization, etc. and meet the aesthetic requirements of architectural art decoration. The exterior wall panels can be made of a single material of lightweight aggregate or composite materials (structure layer, heat insulation layer and finishing layer).
